Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Interior Design Project Manager position.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple and varying sized design projects through all phases from scope and budget creation through construction administration. This position works closely with community representatives and residents, as well as the Property Management & Construction Services Department from commencement to completion of design projects. Assists in developing and maintaining drafting standards, templates, and content library for Revit and AutoCAD.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited interior design program
• Minimum of three years' experience in the interior design field, preferably in the hospitality, healthcare, or senior living industry
• Prior experience with contract design exposure (preferred)
• Knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD is required
• National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ) certification and/or American Institute of Architects (AIA) certification/licensure is preferred
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license

Pay Range

Salary : $57,000 - $72,000
