Agent Relations Specialist
The Agent Relations Specialist requires critical thinking skills, problem solving capabilities, diligence, and the ability to retain a large amount of information and be able to apply it to various scenarios.
An Agent Relations Specialist is responsible for the timely and accurate boarding of all new clients, overseeing the process from start to finish. An Agent Relations Specialists will provide accurate, high-quality, and dependable service in relation to both internal and external customer inquiries related to on boarding new accounts. They must work closely with Sales Agents to gather required documentation to successfully board an account.
Responsibilities:
· Review applications for accuracy and completeness.
· Key data from application with complete accuracy.
· Determine if all data requirements are present to complete an account submission.
· Function as a liaison between Agents and internal resources.
· Maintain a robust knowledge of all our products and services.
· Utilize all internal resources to resolve Sales and Client inquiries in a timely and accurate manner while portraying a professional, courteous, and respectful demeanor.
· Create and Maintain client related reports.
· Stay abreast of all current boarding procedures, policies, and guidelines.
· Serve as a contact for clients and function as their internal advocate.
· Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Skills:
· High School Diploma required, associate degree or higher preferred.
· Must be Microsoft Office literate.
· 1-3 years of relevant Account Relationship or banking experience.
· Excellent Communication skills required; candidate must possess the ability to calmly articulate direction to various audiences, especially in escalated situations in written and verbal formats.
· Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
· Merchant Processing/Financial Services experience preferred.
· Exceptional organizational skills and time management techniques.
· Able to multi-task and prioritize.
· Able to work independently and take initiative.
· Excellent customer service and critical thinking skills.
· Navigate through various portals and CRM tools.

Pay: $26.00 - $29.00 per hour
