What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Nurse (RN) position at Clipboard Health?
We are looking for RNs to join our team! Once hired and onboarded, you will use our app to book shifts at our partner facilities. We offer competitive pay rates and increase rates when demand is high in your area! You can choose from all types of shifts- morning, afternoon, noc, doubles, or just once a week- whatever fits your schedule!

The current base rate is $38 per hour. The average rate is $60 per hour. Pay rate increases based on demand in your area.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate with the pharmacy for proper medication administration and record keeping
- Provide or coordinate all nursing activities
- Prepare nursing notes for any assessment and care given
- Works with the medical director/physician to assure the appropriate medical care of the residents
- Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician
- Administer services within the applicable scope of nursing practice, which may include: catheterization, tube feedings, suction, applying and changing dressings/bandages, packs, colostomy, and drainage bags, taking blood, assisting with ADLs as appropriate and in accordance with applicable standards
- Other relevant duties may be assigned by our partner facilities
REQUIREMENTS:
All applicants must be able to provide or obtain the following during the application process:
- Active RN License
- Unexpired Driver’s License/State I.D.
- CPR/BLS certification
- Physical Exam (completed within the last year)
- TB Test (completed in the last year)
- 2 References (Required)
- Resume (Required) - with the school’s name of where you obtained the medical license
- 1-year experience, preferred
- There will also be a background check and some training requirements
