What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bookkeeper, school position at Clinton Public School District?
- Maintains complete and accurate financial data for the school.
- Processes all purchase orders and vouchers for the school.
- Maintains all activity accounts.
- Collects, counts and receipts all money.
- Makes deposits in a timely manner.
- Submits all necessary reports to the Finance Director in a timely manner.
- Any other duties as assigned by the principal and/or assistant principal(s).
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma.
- Accounting or bookkeeping experience
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:
1. A degree in accounting or business related field.
