Product Line Manager - College Station, TX

Product line management 50%

  • Defining the product line's vision and roadmap, and aligning it with the company's goals
  • Overseeing the development of new products (specific to the US), and ensuring they meet customer needs
  • Working with European Innovation team to ensure products developed by that team are fit for US market
  • Analysing market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth
  • Ensuring all product datasheets for the range are up to date / working with marketing to provide polished new data for products
  • Completing lunch and learns both in person and remotely with clients to educate and inform them on the products we have available

Customer Design support 50%

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between our company and its clients, embodying the organization's values and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Supervise and manage customer follow-ups, delivery logistics, and dispute resolution with skill and care, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled efficiently and with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships between customers and the company, fostering trust and satisfaction.
  • Uphold and promote the brand image of the company, aligning actions with company values and standards.
  • Implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements based on customer insights.

Qualification Requirements:

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient understanding of the company's products or similar products within the industry.
  • Ability to present clearly and concisely
  • Good background in cleanroom envelops build standards and regulations
  • Ability to put together technical submittal packs to construction industry standards.
  • Familiarity with marketing strategies and the appropriate business tone of voice.
  • Very strong CAD skills, at least including AutoCAD and revit
  • Ability to utilize CRM systems (Hubspot), to capture enquiries received around products
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word, with operational-level skills in PowerPoint.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in French communication is advantageous.

  • Experienced in CAD.
  • Strong understanding of construction regulations within cleanroom design and build.
  • Possesses a thorough understanding of construction drawings, call-offs, and Bills of Materials (BOMs), enabling effective
  • Demonstrates agility and responsiveness in adapting to changing circumstances and requirements.
  • Able to manage multiple substantive projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to actively listen, consider opinions, and effectively convey information to various stakeholders.
  • Ability to delivery strong customer product presentations.
  • Exceptionally organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet competing demands.
