Summary
:Seeking a Physician to provide clinical oversight and patient care at scheduled onsite events, focusing on reviewing patients and ordering PGX testing as medically necessary. This part-time role involves rotating through multiple facilities and requires independent clinical judgment and familiarity with pharmacogenomics

Responsibilitie
- s:Conduct patient reviews and exercise independent clinical judgment at scheduled onsite event
- s.Write lab orders for pharmacogenomic (PGX) testing when medically indicate
- d.Participate in 2–3 events per week, each lasting 3–4 hours, with a total of 15–20 hours per wee
- k.Rotate across approximately 30 facilities, providing care to a patient population of around 2,400 individual
- s.Attend events that may occasionally be scheduled on Saturday
- s.Complete required safety and education training during onboardin
- g.Maintain compliance with all relevant clinical and regulatory standard
- s.Collaborate with event staff to ensure smooth patient flow and high-quality care deliver
