Responsibilities:
- Correctly assemble products by following technical drawings and instructions while utilizing approved tools and fixtures safely.
- Perform in-process inspections, distinguish between sub-components, and apply strict accept/reject criteria to ensure product integrity.
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements, quality systems, and cleanroom procedures to maintain a compliant manufacturing environment.
- Accurately complete batch records, training logs, line clearances, and scrap reports to ensure full process traceability.
- Report quality or equipment issues to leadership, collaborate with Quality Assurance, and maintain an organized workspace.
Qualifications
- Ability to read and comprehend procedures written in English
- Ability to complete paperwork accurately in English
- Ability to work safely around chemicals and equipment
- Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time
- Ability to do repetitive work, requiring strong dexterity and hand/eye coordination
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous assembly experience preferred
