Summary:
This position is responsible for collaborating with business units to deliver IT solutions, supporting systems implementation, validation, and administration for manufacturing, packaging, warehouse, and quality functions. The role involves project coordination, stakeholder management, and ensuring compliance with evolving standards.
Responsibilities:
- Develop technical expertise in MES, serialization, and quality systems to propose system changes and process improvements aligned with business needs.
- Provide SAP support for production, warehouse, and quality modules, ensuring smooth operations and issue resolution.
- Manage audit trails, computer system validation (CSV) activities, and oversee network and software application administration.
- Define enterprise application architecture to enhance engagement with internal teams, vendors, and customers.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and design innovative IT solutions to meet business objectives.
- Engage with cross-functional teams and IT partners to coordinate system implementations and support activities.
- Identify opportunities to scale applications across regions, build business cases, and plan for future IT roadmaps.
- Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring service levels and compliance standards are met.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information technology, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience across various technology platforms.
- Experience with MES systems, manufacturing, packaging, and warehouse IT solutions (MES/SCADA/LIMS), and CSV activities, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Knowledge of QC systems, LIMS, QA/R&D/RA applications, and experience with quality, R&D, and regulatory IT solutions (Waters/Master Control/LIMS).
- Strong skills in IT manufacturing and packaging systems administration, CSV activities, PLC and QC systems validation and qualification.
- Proficiency in SAP modules for production, warehouse, packaging, and quality.
- Analytical skills and experience with SQL/Oracle databases, application administration, and advanced Microsoft Suite (especially Excel and Macros).
- Experience supporting manufacturing, packaging, serialization, warehouse, and quality software solutions and IT infrastructure.
Salary : $92,000 - $130,000
