Clinical Laboratory Manager

We are seeking an experienced and driven Clinical Laboratory Manager to help build and scale our CLIA-certified laboratory operations. In this role, you will work directly with our CLIA Laboratory Director to launch novel proteomic LDTs focused on early chronic disease detection and human performance. You will also support the development of clinical chemistry assays and oversee coordination of our biobank.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with the CLIA Lab Director to implement and validate innovative proteomic laboratory-developed tests (LDTs).
• Manage day-to-day operations of the clinical laboratory, ensuring compliance with CLIA and other regulatory standards.
• Support assay development, optimization, and troubleshooting across proteomics and clinical chemistry workflows.
• Coordinate and maintain biobank operations, including sample management, tracking systems, and quality procedures.
• Contribute to the design and scaling of laboratory processes as we grow.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in diagnostics, biotechnology, or a similar fast-paced start-up environment.
• Experience working in a CLIA-certified laboratory (1 years preferred).
• Strong understanding of clinical assay development, validation, and quality systems.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
