Account Specialist Float
Full-Time, Monday – Friday 8:00 AM -5:00 PM
Possible Saturday & Sunday 7:45 am-6:30 pm,
· Previous cashier experience
· Good computer skills & knowledge
· Exceptional customer service skills
· Must be able to answer multi-line phones
· Experience with the following office equipment: Copier, printer, fax machine
· Must be able to register & schedule patients
· Previous medical office experience a plus
· Responsibilities: Register patients, Collect & post payments daily, Audit tickets, and Work closely with patients on a
professional level
· Be able to handle confidential information and have a high degree of flexibility
· Possess strong organizational and communication skills with all levels of the organization
· Possess intermediate skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
