The Director Inpatient Acute Care Pharmacy will guide a hospital pharmacy service line at a premier healthcare system serving the surrounding region for nearly 100 years, anchored by a 600 bed capacity, a Level III Trauma Facility, a dedicated Women’s & Children’s hospital, and an extensive network of over 400 providers, with the acute care pharmacy team supported by 75 FTEs; this hospital pharmacy and inpatient medication management service integrates seamlessly with nursing, critical care, perioperative services, cardiology, oncology, and maternal-child health to optimize therapeutic outcomes across the continuum of care.
