Reporting-wise, the Hospital Laboratory Manager partners closely with the Laboratory Medical Director (Pathologist) and reports to senior hospital leadership, receiving strong support from experienced section supervisors, quality specialists, and LIS resources, while leading CLIA readiness, accreditation compliance, quality management, validation, performance dashboards, staffing and development, budgeting, POCT oversight, and service line growth in chemistry, hematology, microbiology, transfusion services, and phlebotomy alongside friendly nurses and a diverse, highly collaborative clinical team.
