Clinical Magnet (part of Icon Medical) is looking for a Wound Program Coordinator to join our partner's team in the Augusta, Georgia area.

As a key player in our wound care program, you'll ensure the highest standards of patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to execute treatment plans, educate patients and families, and lead hospital-wide wound care education initiatives.
Key Requirements:
- License/Certification: RN, Physical Therapist, or Occupational Therapist required for acute rehab hospitals; RN required for long-term acute care hospitals.
- CPR certification is mandatory.
- Education & Experience:
- Minimum one year of wound care experience is required.
- Continuous education in wound care through seminars/professional organizations is required.
- Skills: Effective communication, decision-making, and the ability to work autonomously.
Compensation and Schedule:
- $36.05-$45.67/hour based on experience
- Day Shift, 8am-5pm
