Direct Hire Dietician Role $34-$40 per hour in San Bernardino, CaliforniaClinical Magnet (part of ICON Medical) is looking for a compassionate Dietician to join our San Bernardino, California center.This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity!Summary:As a Dietician, you will assess participants' nutritional needs, develop individualized care plans, and provide dietary education. You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal nutrition and wellness for participants in both outpatient and home settings.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement nutritional Plans of Care (POC) and reassess every six months or as needed.Assess participants’ access to food and coordinate referrals for meal preparation, Meals on Wheels, and grocery shopping.Order and recommend liquid nutritional supplements as needed.Provide nutritional education to participants, caregivers, and staff.Conduct sanitation and safety checks for the kitchen and monitor food service operations.Document nutrition notes and care plans in participant medical records.Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to develop and implement participant care plans.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in food science, nutrition, and/or dieteticsCertification by CDR as a Registered Dietitian (required in CA)Knowledge of current medical terminology and ability to document participant care effectivelyPosition Overview:Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PMLocation: San Bernardino, CAJob Type: Full-Time (Direct Hire, Contract, or Contract-to-Hire)Contract Length: 13 weeks (if applicable)Compensation: $34.00 - $40.00/hrStart Date: ASAPInterested?
