About the Role:
We’re looking for a passionate, empathetic Registered Dietitian who’s ready to inspire meaningful change, one conversation at a time. What You’ll Do:
- Deliver engaging virtual sessions rooted in motivational interviewing, and behavior change science
- Build authentic client relationships that lead to lasting transformation
- Coach across the four wellness pillars: Nutrition, Movement, Sleep, and Stress
- Translate clinical expertise into real-life breakthroughs for clients’ energy, metabolism, and well-being
- Manage your flexible schedule and session goals in a fast-paced, supportive remote environment
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation with HIPAA-compliant standards
- Collaborate with a passionate team that’s committed to your success and ongoing development
Who You Are:
- A Registered Dietitian with active credentials (multi-state licensing a plus)
- Experienced or internship-trained, with a passion for client-centered, transformative care
- Skilled in (or eager to master) motivational interviewing, and lifestyle coaching
- A natural relationship-builder who thrives in a virtual setting and values deep connection
- Organized, adaptable, and motivated to grow, both professionally and personally

- Monday - Friday (required to work two evenings)
- Tuesday - Saturday (required to work one evening)
- Monday - Saturday (one evening and a half-day Saturday and a choice of a half-day during the week) All shifts are conducted in your time zone. Day shifts are 8 - 5 PM. Evening Shifts are 11 - 8 PM.
- Competitive pay: $45 to 54/hour for counseling, paid admin time
- Referred clients: $85 to $94/hour bonus
