We are hiring an Outreach Specialist (PACE Sales / Business Development) to join a high-performing, tenured sales team focused on expanding access to life-changing care for seniors who want to remain independent in their homes.

Job Summary

The Outreach Specialist is responsible for driving community awareness and enrollment growth for an innovative PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) model. This role focuses on building trusted relationships across healthcare and community networks, educating referral partners, and converting qualified leads into program participants. Ideal candidates thrive in a field-based, consultative sales environment and are energized by making a meaningful impact in senior care.

Spanish bilingual candidates are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute territory-based outreach strategies to grow PACE enrollments
  • Build and maintain strong referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, senior living communities, and community organizations
  • Conduct in-person and virtual presentations educating partners on program benefits
  • Identify and qualify prospective participants through referral pipelines and direct outreach
  • Manage a consistent pipeline of leads using Salesforce CRM
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth enrollment and transition processes
  • Meet and exceed monthly enrollment and activity goals through proactive outreach and follow-up
  • Represent the organization at community events, networking functions, and partner meetings

Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in healthcare sales, managed care, post-acute care, or similar B2B/B2C consultative sales environment
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Self-starter with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Ability to manage a territory independently and drive results
  • Knowledge of senior care, Medicaid/Medicare populations, or PACE programs is a plus
  • Spanish bilingual strongly preferred
