Your Impact as Director of Nursing
As the DON, you will play a critical leadership role in shaping clinical excellence and ensuring outstanding resident care. You will:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the nursing team to achieve the highest standards of care
- Oversee daily operations of the Nursing Services Department
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
- Partner closely with the Administrator and Medical Director to drive quality outcomes
- Maintain and enforce infection control, safety, and clinical best practices
- Foster a culture of accountability, compassion, and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience (LTC/SNF strongly preferred)
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current CPR or BLS certification
- Proven leadership skills with a passion for patient-centered care
