Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new leads through outbound prospecting, email campaigns, calls, and social outreach.
- Research target accounts and identify the right decision-makers across industries.
- Craft thoughtful, personalized outreach that communicates our AI value proposition clearly and compellingly.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand prospects’ challenges and assess fit.
- Partner with Account Executives (AEs) to set up qualified meetings and drive pipeline growth.
- Maintain accurate activity and opportunity tracking in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaign execution and feedback.
- Learn continuously — about our customers, the AI industry, and your own craft.
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (startup or SaaS experience a plus).
- Strong communication and writing skills — comfortable engaging with technical and business stakeholders.
- Driven, resilient, and curious mindset — you’re motivated by learning and problem-solving.
- Excitement about AI, technology, and innovation — eager to understand how it transforms industries.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Apollo, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
