Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end sales process — from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals and expanding accounts.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools and data-driven forecasting.
- Understand customer pain points, needs, and workflows — then tailor AI solutions that deliver measurable business impact.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Conduct demos, present proposals, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Educate and evangelize the value of AI and automation across industries.
- Gather customer insights to influence product roadmap and market strategy.
- Exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- 6 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally selling to technical, enterprise audiences.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a high-growth or startup environment.
- Strong consultative selling and storytelling skills — able to articulate the “why” behind complex technology.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales automation platforms.
- High emotional intelligence and comfort building relationships with senior stakeholders (C-suite, VPs, etc.).
- Interest in or familiarity with AI, machine learning, or automation technologies.
- Self-starter mentality — thrives in fast-changing, high-ownership environments.

Salary : $250,000 - $300,000
