Wine Club Coordinator (Temporary)

SUMMARY:
This is a temporary, part-time Wine Club Coordinator position to cover for an employee while they are on leave. The Wine Club Coordinator works in and as support to the Wine Club Manager with particular attention to any club related aspects and tasks.

Exceptional Customer Service and attention to detail are high priority in this role, to continue to build and maintain the Wine Club business and to foster enjoyable Club Member experiences and relationships.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer Service:

• Be a brand ambassador of the wineries and wine clubs and provide exceptional service at all times.
• Build and maintain club member relationships.
• In collaboration with admin team, address any club member requests (ie: special tastings, deliveries, etc.).
• Excellent problem resolution skills (ie: bad bottles, service, delivery issues).
• Ability to upsell – products and winery experiences.
• Support management in all stages of club events, from inception to execution.
• Excellent hospitality skills – ex. ability to conduct club tastings/other hospitality experiences offered.
• Assist management with training of winery tasting room staff on all club related procedures.
• Assist with maintenance of aesthetics of club room look and feel, including proper inventory.

Operations:

• Customer database maintenance.
• Creating and processing wine club quarterly shipments.
• Processing daily club custom orders and converting pick up orders to ship.
• Club membership expired credit card follow up.
• Assist with club/web data reporting.
• Assist wine club manager & marketing with all club communication (notifications, reminders, announcements, events).
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Compliance:

• Assist with updating DTC compliance lists and notifying manager when fixes are needed.
• Assist with wine label registration, maintenance and quarantined orders as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:

• High school graduate. College education preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytic skills.
• Strong Computer skills, fast and accurate typing, mastery of Microsoft Office/Excel.
• Previous POS knowledge, Commerce7, Tock, Klaviyo, UPS QVM and ShipCompliant a plus.
• Wine Industry/Administrative Experience.
• Marketing experience including both mass and direct.

Physical Demands:

• Frequent sitting and standing
• Frequent walking on level and unlevel surfaces

• Occasional reaching above and below shoulder
• Continuous use of mouse and keyboard. Occasional grasping and squeezing
• Ability to lift or carry 0-50 pounds occasionally, and over 50 pounds intermittently
• Ability to push or pull 0-50 pounds occasionally, and over 50 pounds intermittently

Hourly pay: $23 - $27 (Depends on Experience)
**This is a temporary, part-time position, expected to last through the duration of the employee's leave.
