Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Javelina Plan Builder to join our team on a long-term contract basis.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in plan building within the Javelina platform and the ability to translate Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) into detailed build plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and analyze Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) to develop accurate build plans in Javelina.
Execute plan building activities with precision and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and properly implemented.
Conduct quality checks and validation of build plans to ensure data accuracy.
Provide support during testing and implementation phases.
Qualifications:
6–8 years of experience working with Javelina, specifically in Plan Building.
Strong understanding of healthcare or insurance plan structures preferred.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
