Job Summary
NC DHHS is seeking an NC FAST Reports Developer to support the development and maintenance of reports, data extracts, ETL processes, and reporting solutions for the NC FAST Case Management System using Oracle and PL/SQL.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot complex reports, data extracts, and ETL processes.
- Analyze business and reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop optimized SQL/PLSQL queries against large Oracle databases, including CLOB/XML data.
- Design and maintain reporting data structures, dashboards, and interfaces.
- Perform data validation, auditing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Support reporting solutions using BI tools such as Business Objects/BIRT.
- Participate in Agile development methodologies and provide 24x7 on-call support/rotation.
Required Skills
- 5 years of experience with Oracle, Oracle Utilities, and ETL tools.
- 5 years of PL/SQL scripting and relational database modeling.
- 5 years working with structured system development methodologies.
- 5 years of experience with Business Intelligence tools (Business Objects/BIRT).
- 2 years of Agile/Scrum/Kanban/SAFe experience.
- 2 years of Data Warehouse experience.
- Strong SQL, data analysis, troubleshooting, and technical documentation skills.
Desired Skills
- 2 years developing dashboards using Power BI and Azure Synapse.
- Familiarity with Amazon Redshift and Tableau.
Salary : $55 - $60
