Required Skills:
- Strong experience with AWS services (EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, RDS, ECS/EKS, Lambda, CloudWatch, Route 53)
- AWS cloud operations and managed services delivery
- Incident, Change, Problem, and Release Management (ITIL)
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD)
- Docker, Kubernetes, Python/Bash scripting
- Monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Datadog, Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana)
- ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence
- AWS Well-Architected Framework and cloud governance
- Strong stakeholder, customer, and team management skills
Preferred Certifications:
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional
- AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional
- AWS Certified SysOps Administrator
- ITIL Foundation v4
- PMP or Scrum Master

Salary : $60 - $65
