Facilities Maintenance Technician II
We are looking to hire a Facility Maintenance Technician II to join the Facilities Maintenance Team. The Facility Maintenance Technician II is responsible for performing repairs and preventive maintenance to the facility and utility systems such as Back-Up Generators, HVAC and Refrigeration Equipment, Security systems, Fire systems and water systems. They will perform maintenance actions on assigned facility work orders, existing equipment work orders, and preventive maintenance tasks in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures. Facility work-orders that include, but are not limited to, painting, sheet rock repairs, light bulb and ballast replacements, electrical work, plumbing work, and facility grounds maintenance. This person will be responsible for the overall upkeep and appearance of the Facility, Grounds, and Utility Systems.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Two (2) years of verifiable experience in facilities maintenance and/or construction with general knowledge of plumbing and electrical, painting, general carpentry work and repair.
- Knowledge of a variety of hand and power tools.
- High school Diploma or GED;
- Associate degree in mechanical, electrical or industrial maintenance preferred.
- One (1) year of Commercial Heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) experience required.
- Must have a current/valid driver’s license.
- Excellent communication, both verbally and in writing, in English required.

Salary : $42,875 - $56,610
