Pay: From $16.00-$18 per hour

Salary: Starting at $16.00-$18.00 per hour plus bonus; target annual salary $38,000–$46,000

Job Overview:

Climate Pro Air Conditioning & Heating is seeking a motivated Appointment Generator to support our sales and customer service operations. This role involves making outbound calls to prospective customers, managing inbound inquiries, and scheduling service appointments. The ideal candidate is confident, engaging on the phone, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided sales script.
• Manage inbound calls, answer customer questions, and schedule service and maintenance appointments.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the company database.
• Communicate with customers professionally via phone and email.
• Provide customer support aligned with company policies and standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED not required.
• No college degree required.
• Knowledge of Service Titan a plus
• Outbound experience a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Work Schedule:

Tuesday–Saturday

• Tue–Thu: 10:30 AM–7:00 PM
• Fri: 9:30 AM–6:00 PM
• Sat: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
