Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced HVAC Installer to install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and/or light commercial settings. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, hardworking, and committed to doing the job right the first time.
Responsibilities:
- Install HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and ventilation systems
- Ensure all installations meet code requirements and company standards
- Test systems to ensure proper operation and efficiency
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
Qualifications:
- 2 years of HVAC installation experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments (attics, basements, outdoors)
- Strong attention to detail and safety practices
