- ServiceNow Core HRSD Sr developer skillset
Configure & customize:
- HR Case workflows, HR Services, Templates
- Employee Center / Portal & widgets (HTML, CSS, AngularJS)
Security:
- Role-based access, data privacy for HR data
- HR data model & COE (Centers of Excellence)
Hands-on experience with:
- REST / SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server
Integrations with HR systems:
- Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM
- Data mapping, transformation, and sync processes
Strong hands-on with:
- JavaScript (Server & Client-side scripting)
- Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs
- Glide APIs & platform scripting
- Built custom widgets / portals
- Hands-on with Flow Designer complex workflows
- Experience integrating HR systems (Workday / SuccessFactors)
Workflow & automation:
- Flow Designer / Workflow Editor
ServiceNow configuration:
- Service Catalog, Record Producers, Notifications, SLAs, Reports
