We are looking for a senior Java Full Stack Engineer who can build enterprise-grade applications and bring agentic AI into production.
The ideal candidate combines strong Java/Spring and Angular fundamentals with hands-on experience delivering AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions, and AI-assisted development using GitHub Copilot.
The candidate must also bring a security-first mindset, with practical exposure to identifying and fixing application vulnerabilities in a regulated enterprise environment
Technical leadership across multiple engineering teams without relying solely on formal authority.
Ability to translate security and platform risks into prioritized engineering roadmaps.
Executive-ready communication, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional decision-making.
Mentoring, engineering standard adoption, change leadership, and delivery governance.
Must have:
- Strong Java Full Stack development experience.
- Java / J2EE.
- Spring Boot.
- Microservices.
- Angular / React.
- Enterprise-level application development.
- Enterprise-grade integration experience.
- Strong understanding of application deployment and production readiness.
- Primary focus should be Java full stack, middleware, and front end.
- Some backend knowledge is needed, but deep backend specialization is not the primary focus.
- Exact Java version used by the customer is not confirmed, but candidates should have experience with recent/latest Java versions.
Agentic AI / RAG
Strong preference for candidates who combine Java Full Stack development with Agentic AI experience.
Preferred:
- Hands-on Agentic AI experience.
- Building or implementing AI agents in enterprise applications.
- RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) experience is also acceptable.
- Other related AI/LLM experience can be considered, but Agentic AI is preferred.
- Looking for practical enterprise AI experience, not just theoretical knowledge.
- Claude-specific skills are not what the team is looking for.
GitHub Copilot / AI-Assisted Development
- Practical, hands-on GitHub Copilot experience is preferred.
- Should have experience actually leveraging Copilot during software development.
- Experience using GitHub Copilot or another LLM for vulnerability management, code remediation, or similar engineering activities would add value.
Security / Vulnerability Management
Preferred experience includes:
- Identifying application vulnerabilities.
- Code remediation.
- Using AI/LLM tools to assist with vulnerability remediation.
- Security-first development within an enterprise/regulated environment.
