We are looking for an experienced Lead Java Full Stack Developer to design and deliver scalable enterprise applications and drive the adoption of AI/GenAI capabilities within client-facing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of enterprise Java Full Stack applications
- Design scalable backend services, APIs, user interfaces, and data integrations
- Integrate AI/GenAI capabilities into applications to improve automation, productivity, and user experience
- Identify opportunities to leverage LLMs, AI APIs and AI-assisted workflows within business applications
- Drive architecture, code reviews, automated testing, performance optimization, and secure coding practices
- Lead client onboarding and maintenance-related application enhancements
- Mentor developers and collaborate with business, product, infrastructure, and operations teams
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on Java Full Stack development experience
- Java, REST APIs, modern front-end frameworks, databases, and microservices
- Exposure to AI/GenAI, LLMs, AI APIs, or AI application integration
- CI/CD, automated testing, Git, and cloud/DevOps practices
- Strong application architecture and technical leadership skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Preferred: Experience developing AI-enabled enterprise applications and client onboarding/maintenance solutions.
