- Manage medication intake processes by verifying prescriptions, updating patient records, and processing medication orders efficiently.
- Support patient service initiatives by answering questions, providing medication information, and facilitating smooth medication administration processes.
- Maintain meticulous records of medication inventory, expiration dates, and storage conditions to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
- Perform hospital-based duties such as medication reconciliation, documentation of drug administration, and assisting with critical care protocols.
- Follow strict aseptic techniques during sterile compounding to prevent contamination and ensure patient safety.
