Proposal Engineer Intern - Spring 2026

Our Proposal Engineering Internship provides hands-on experience supporting real projects and cross-functional teams. Interns gain exposure to engineering processes, build technical skills, and contribute to proposal development efforts that support active business operations.

• Collaborate with internal teams to support project coordination and meet defined timelines.
• Analyze customer needs and apply understanding of company solutions to help develop effective proposals.
• Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and technical discussions.
• Seek feedback and guidance to continuously improve skills and performance.
• Assist in preparing proposal materials such as system overview drawings, equipment lists, and system descriptions.
• Provide support for technical content used in proposal development and related project needs.
• Contribute to initiatives that support marketing and sales teams.

Basic Requirements

• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Manufacturing, Materials, Packaging, Biomedical, or Chemical Engineering.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
• Capable of managing multiple assignments while maintaining high-quality results.

• $20–$34 per hour, depending on experience and location.
