Job DescriptionJoin our Engineering Research & Development team for a hands-on internship where you’ll work on real projects that contribute directly to product innovation and performance. This paid internship is designed to help you build practical skills, connect with experienced engineers, and explore potential career paths within our organization.
From day one, you’ll be involved in meaningful work—from helping with prototype builds to running system tests and supporting engineering documentation.
What You’ll Do- Assist with customer sample builds and special compressor prototypes
- Support system testing, including refrigeration circuits, controls, and performance validations
- Participate in application engineering bulletin updates and documentation
- Learn and assist with variable speed drive interface setup and programming
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on engineering improvement initiatives
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- GPA 3.0 or higher
- Expected graduation: Dec 2026 or May 2027
- Legally authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship available)
