Amusement Technician

POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible to perform overall maintenance services and repairs on lane equipment and pin-setters.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Specific areas of responsibility including, but not limited to:

• Ensure all machines, lane, and lane approaches are operating, maintained, and cleaned in accordance with USBC Regulation Standards.
• Assist with inventory management by accurately recording additions and usage of equipment, parts, and tools.
• Maintain lighting, tables, seating, table and overhead monitors, and scoring equipment.
• Exchange worn or damaged pins and replace pin curtains, as needed.
• Assemble and disassemble bowling-assistance ramps upon Guests’ requests.
• Troubleshoot pinsetter machine mechanical and electrical malfunctions and repair, as appropriate.
• Perform all job assignments in a safe and efficient manner.
• Operational Support: Quickly resolve pin jams, ball return malfunctions, and scoring issues while games are in progress.
• Safety & Compliance: Perform routine safety inspections, use lockout/tagout procedures, and ensure safe equipment operation.

QUALIFICATIONS

Opportunities for Internships, Apprenticeships, and Coordinated Work Study programs may be available in lieu of formal education and work experience requirements for this position for enrolled members of the Yavapai-Apache Nation.

1. Required Education: High School Diploma   
2. Work Experience:
   1. One (1) year of experience in mechanical or technical repair required.
3. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: N/A
   1. Must have demonstrated knowledge, experience, and/or aptitude for mechanical work.
   2. Experience on GSX pinsetters and Brunswick Sync scoring system preferred.
   3. Automotive mechanical experiences beneficial but any mechanical experience will be considered,
   4. Must be able to use metric and standard tool systems.
   5. Must have the dexterity to work in confined spaces
   6. Must be comfortable working on elevated surfaces and ladders
   7. Must have basic computer diagnostic knowledge or be able to obtain within 90-days of hire.
4. Professional Licenses & Certifications Requirements:
   1. Must be 18 years old and be available for all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
   2. Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and pass a drug test and background check for an AZ Gaming License.
   3. Must adhere to all Cliff Castle Casino Hotel policies and procedures.
   4. Must be committed to providing exceptional guest service through a welcoming, friendly, and professional environment. Aim to exceed guest expectations with attentive, personalized service and prompt responses and resolution
