Seeking an experienced Senior QA Analyst to lead testing efforts across complex enterprise applications. This role will own test planning and execution across manual, regression, and automated testing, with a strong focus on expanding automation using Playwright.
Key Responsibilities
- Own QA strategy, test planning, and execution for assigned applications.
- Develop and execute manual and automated tests, including functional, integration, system, and regression testing.
- Build and maintain automated test coverage using Playwright, focusing on high-risk and critical user workflows.
- Identify, document, troubleshoot, and validate defects in partnership with development teams.
- Review user stories and acceptance criteria to ensure appropriate test coverage.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate closely with developers, product teams, and business stakeholders.
- Support test data planning and validation across environments.
- Help modernize regression testing through reusable automation frameworks and CI/CD integration.
- Communicate testing progress, quality risks, and release readiness.
- Identify opportunities to improve QA processes, tools, and standards.
- 6–8 years of software QA experience with web and enterprise applications.
- Strong hands-on experience with manual and regression testing.
- Experience developing automated tests using Playwright or similar modern frameworks.
- Strong SQL skills, including creating, modifying, and executing queries.
- Understanding of ETL processing.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Experience with Azure DevOps or similar test management and defect-tracking tools.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and API testing tools such as Postman or Swagger.
- Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence quality practices across teams.
