As a Growth & Operations Analyst (Part-Time), you’ll support the ClickMint leadership and data teams with campaign analytics, process coordination, and marketing performance insights that directly impact client growth.
You’ll:
- Support the setup and reporting of marketing experiments and CRO diagnostics
- Analyze performance across paid, affiliate, and organic channels
- Help maintain marketing systems (HubSpot, GA4, internal dashboards)
- Assist in preparing reports, performance decks, and data summaries
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and marketing teams to streamline operations
- Contribute to research and insights on industry trends, AI integrations, and growth strategy

- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university (UCLA, USC, UC Berkeley, Stanford, etc.)
