💰 $95K–$125K total compensation (base performance bonus)

Our proprietary platform combines generative AI diagnostics with a human layer of CRO and engineering talent — identifying friction points, designing solutions, and deploying experiments in real time.

Based in Malibu, California, we’re a fast-moving, creative team working at the intersection of AI, analytics, and commerce technology.

This is a full-time hybrid position ideal for an early-career engineer who’s excited to contribute to real-world AI and web development projects.

As a Junior Software Engineer at ClickMint, you’ll help design, build, and deploy the code that powers our AI-driven experimentation platform — collaborating directly with senior engineers, designers, and CRO specialists.

You’ll:

• Build and maintain front-end and back-end web applications (React, Node, Python, or equivalent)
• Work with APIs and data integrations (Shopify, GA4, HubSpot, AWS, etc.)
• Contribute to new AI-powered product features and internal tools
• Participate in A/B test implementation, QA, and performance tracking
• Collaborate in a small, agile team environment where your code ships weekly

This is a hands-on role where you’ll see your work go live fast — improving conversion experiences for global eCommerce brands.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 0–3 years of professional development experience
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or another modern programming language
• Familiarity with React, Next.js, or Node.js preferred
• Understanding of REST APIs and data structures
• Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and initiative
• Interest in AI, analytics, or eCommerce technology
