Compensation

$19–$21 per hour (USD)

Modality

Full-time, on-site role located in our West Valley, Utah office.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30PM

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting business partners by responding to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems.
  • Resolving partner questions related to applications, funding status, account updates, and general platform use.
  • Documenting interactions accurately in CRM and case management tools.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex partner issues.
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and service quality in all partner interactions.
  • Following established processes, compliance guidelines, and service-level expectations.

What you have

  • 1 year of experience in customer service, partner support, or call center environment.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in written and verbal formats.
  • Ability to work full-time on site during scheduled hours.
  • Basic proficiency with computer systems, CRM tools, and office software.

What will make you stand out

  • Experience supporting partners or clients in financial services or fintech.
  • Experience working in a high-volume call or support environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM or ticketing platforms.
