Duties
- Assist in daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all administrative functions.
- Facilitate vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts and maintaining service quality.
- Coordinate company meetings and functions.
- Ensure proper filing systems are in place for documentation and correspondence.
- Provide clerical support as needed, including answering multi-line phone systems.
- Foster a collaborative team environment through effective communication and organizational strategies.
- Schedule, confirm, and update client appointments in the scheduling system.
- Ensure proper documentation of scheduling changes for accurate record-keeping.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an office administrative role.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with effective phone etiquette.
- Experience in medical/clinical office environment is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Familiarity with vendor management practices.
- Experience in training & development initiatives is a plus.
