Job Function Summary:

1. Manage production planning, material movement and delivery schedule in coordination with Materials Manager and V.P. Manufacturing.
2. Monitor and maintain inventory stocking position.
3. Manage capacity planning and schedule manufacturing for compliance with plan.
4. Other tasks assigned by Materials Manager.

 Job Duties/Responsibility:

1. Monitor capacity plan and take corrective actions when necessary.
2. Monitor customer on-time shipments and expedite where necessary.
3. Responsible for scheduling all customer orders.
4. Plan capacity based on master schedule.
5. Handle key customer orders and manufacturing

Preferred Qualifications:

1. B.S. Degree in Industrial Management, Business Administration, Manager, Supply Chain Management or related field.
2. Three years experience in MRP//ERP production scheduling.
3. APICS certification – CPIM and/or CSCP.
4. Three years experience in a manufacturing environment.
5. Two years experience in supervisor or management role.

Minimum Qualifications: (Preferred Not Required)

B.S. Degree in Industrial Management, Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain Management or related field.

1. Working knowledge of PC based computer system.
2. Strong analytical skills
3. Proficient in Exel.
4. APICS certification – CPIM and/or CSCP.

 On-Going Training Requirements:

1. APICS Certifications
2. BPCS (In-house MRP System)
3. ISO 9001:2015

Salary : $75,000 - $82,000
