As Program Manager II in the Occupational Health Department, you will oversee the implementation and ongoing management of designated programs, while planning, developing, and maintaining effective systems and procedures to support program success. In this role, you will serve as a liaison between the department and external communities, provide coaching and mentorship to team members, and participate in the budget planning process. A caregiver in this position work 5 days per week on site at Cleveland Clinic Administrative Beachwood Campus from 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

A caregiver who excels in this role will:

  • Develop, implement, manage, and maintain operational systems and activities. 
  • Serve as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside community. 
  • Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines. 
  • Allocate time to meet completion requirements. 
  • Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department. 
  • Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures. 

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field and three years of experience in project management, data analysis and systems OR Associate’s degree and five years experience, OR Master’s degree and two years experience
  • Demonstrated team, leadership, organizational and problem-solving abilities

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:  

  • Data analysis experience in a healthcare setting 
  • Cleveland Clinic experience
  • Project Management experience

Physical Requirements: 

  • Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods

  • Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment

  • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information

  • Ability to travel throughout the hospital system

Personal Protective Equipment:

  • Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required for procedures. 

Pay Range

Minimum Annual Salary: $57,510.00

Maximum Annual Salary: $87,697.50

The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires. A successful candidate’s actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate’s work history, experience, skill set and education. The pay range displayed does not include any applicable pay practices (e.g., shift differentials, overtime, etc.). The pay range does not include the value of Cleveland Clinic’s benefits package (e.g., healthcare, dental and vision benefits, retirement savings account contributions, etc.).

Salary : $1,000 - $1,000,000
