Programming Analyst

🚀 We're Hiring: Senior Programmer Analyst (.NET/Azure)

📍 Location: San Bernardino, CA

🏢 Work Mode: 100% Onsite (5 Days/Week)

📅 Duration: Long-Term Contract

We are seeking an experienced Senior Programmer Analyst to join our team and work closely with County departments and IT teams to design, develop, modernize, and support enterprise web applications.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and implement web applications
• Modernize legacy applications and system interfaces
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integrations
• Design and manage Azure SQL databases
• Develop and support ETL processes
• Create technical documentation (Design, Deployment, Configuration)
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and maintain code quality
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the SDLC

✅ Required Skills

• 5–7 years of experience with C#, .NET, and ASP.NET
• Strong experience with Blazor
• Azure technologies (Logic Apps, Azure DevOps, Azure Data Factory, Azure Repos)
• Azure SQL Database and SQL Server
• REST APIs, SOAP, JSON
• JavaScript, jQuery
• Git
• Python
• PowerShell
• WinForms
• Strong Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) knowledge
• Experience writing clean, scalable, and maintainable code

⭐ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate
• Experience with VB.NET, ASP.NET Core Web Services, and VB6 COM Objects
• Experience with Azure Boards
