Key Responsibilities
TikTok Shop & Creator Campaign Management
- Support day-to-day execution of TikTok Shop affiliate creator campaigns in partnership with PR and cross-functional teams
- Manage campaign calendars, timelines, creator communications, and launch execution
- Build campaign briefs and source, vet, and invite creators through TikTok Shop and influencer platforms
- Evaluate 300–400 creators per campaign to identify top-fit talent for participation
- Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously across brand categories
- Coordinate sample approvals, creator onboarding, product shipments, and campaign deliverables
- Track creator content performance and provide optimization recommendations
- Monitor creator communications and troubleshoot issues in real time
- Partner with internal teams to identify high-performing content opportunities for amplification across additional marketing channels
- Support TikTok live shopping strategy, including creator sourcing, briefing, coordination, and execution support
Influencer Program Support
- Assist in the ongoing management and growth of the brand creator program
- Support creator vetting, onboarding, and content approval processes
- Maintain organized tracking for campaigns, budgets, tasks, and creator initiatives
- Coordinate creator engagement opportunities, including in-store activations, brand events, and community experiences
- Assist with weekly reporting and campaign recaps
Campaign Reporting & Analytics
- Create weekly creator performance reports and recap documents
- Analyze creator metrics, engagement trends, product performance, and KPIs
- Track influencer content performance related to SEO, GEO targeting, and discoverability
- Aggregate campaign metrics and provide actionable insights to internal stakeholders
- Stay current on emerging TikTok Shop trends, creator behavior, and platform updates to support innovation and optimization
Qualifications
- Prior experience in Influencer Relations, Creator Partnerships, Social Media Marketing, or TikTok Shop campaign management
- Experience sourcing, vetting, onboarding, and managing creators/influencers
- Familiarity with TikTok Shop affiliate programs and creator storefront functionality strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of influencer campaign tracking, reporting, and performance metrics
- Experience working across influencer marketing platforms and dashboards
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with PR, Marketing, Social, Creative, and platform partners
- Highly detail-oriented, resourceful, and proactive
- Strong understanding of social trends, creator ecosystems, and Gen Z consumer behavior
