l Do• Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for earthwork, underground utilities, paving, and civil construction proj
ects• Review project plans, specifications, bid documents, and geotechnical rep
orts• Perform quantity takeoffs using AGTEK and related estimating software platf
orms• Develop detailed cost analyses for labor, materials, subcontractors, and equip
ment• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to obtain and evaluate pri
cing• Conduct site visits to assess project conditions and identify potential challe
nges• Collaborate with project managers and leadership during bid reviews and project hand
offs
