Role Description

y:Serve as Customer Representative to ensure that customer requirements are addresse
d.Develop PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) documentation for submission to customers for customer approva
l.Maintain appropriate module(s) in the database, in order to develop and/or update, as appropriate, the changing needs of the custom
erMaintain Master Sample of approved PPAP (one part from each cavit
y)Develop and maintain a matrix identifying all special characteristics as referenced on customer engineering drawings to include measurement metho
d.Champion and maintain the gage calibration progra
m.Conduct MSAs (Measurement System Analysis) studies on all measurement methods used to verify special characteristic
s.Notify management immediately if measuring methods become non-capable or unstable for immediate corrective actio
n.Initiate Gage R&R studies (repeatability and reproducibility) on gauging methods of special characteristics for PPA
P.Maintain working area in a clean, neat and orderly manne
r.Have understanding of root cause analysis and corrective action proce
ssEffectively complete internal audit corrective action requests in a timely manne
r.Ensure that the Quality Management System (QMS) is maintained in area of responsibilit
y.Conduct Layered and Process Audits as schedule
d.Perform dimensional layout on components as directed by the Quality Manage
r.Shall be knowledgeable of and utilize advanced statistical concepts, such as variation, control (stability), process capability and over-adjustment when conducting analysi
s.Track the status of suspect product and distribute report to the Quality Manage
