What You’ll Do
- Perform HVAC service, diagnostics, and repairs
- Install residential and light commercial equipment
- Assist in project work, start-ups, and commissioning
- Communicate clearly with customers and team members
- Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and safety
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of HVAC service or install experience
- Strong troubleshooting ability
- Valid driver’s license
- EPA certified (or able to obtain)
- Good communication and customer-service skills
- Desire to advance and take on more responsibility
