What You'll Do
- Source and hire experienced technical talent across trading, brokerage, clearing, and market infrastructure domains.
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process — from sourcing and pipeline development to offer negotiation and close.
- Identify market trends and provide data-driven insights to hiring partners using ATS analytics.
- Build consultative relationships with cross-functional teams to deeply understand their hiring goals and team dynamics.
- Partner with Hiring Managers to develop effective candidate assessment frameworks and structured interview loops.
- Facilitate calibration discussions and drive alignment on hiring decisions.
- Prepare and present competitive offer packets; lead negotiations to close top talent.
- 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience focused on Engineering and Technical roles — required.
- Demonstrated ability to proactively identify and engage passive engineering talent — required.
- Experience recruiting within the financial services or fintech industry — required.
- Strong command of end-to-end recruitment processes with the ability to manage multiple hiring tracks simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in HR, business, social sciences, or a related field.
- Proficiency with an ATS; experience with Greenhouse strongly preferred.
- Data-driven mindset — comfortable using ATS analytics to optimize time-to-fill and quality-of-hire metrics.
- Salary range: $150,000 – $175,000 USD annually
- Visa sponsorship is available.
