Schedule:
Mondays, Wednesdays, and every other Saturday
What You’ll Do:
Back Office Responsibilities:
Assist the doctor during a variety of dental procedures
Take digital X-rays and intraoral photos
Chart accurately and maintain detailed patient records
Prepare temporary crowns
Ensure strict infection control and sterilization protocols
Turn over and prepare treatment rooms efficiently
Provide clear post-op instructions to patients
Front Office Responsibilities:
Welcome patients with a warm, friendly attitude
Answer phones and schedule appointments with ease
Review treatment plans and collect payments
Verify insurance and help patients understand their benefits
Keep patient records organized and up to date
What We’re Looking For
At least 1-3 years of dental experience preferred
Dental Assistant certification required
X-ray & coronal polishing certifications required
Knowledge of dental procedures and instruments
Familiarity with Dentrix is a plus (not required)
Insurance and billing experience is a bonus
CPR certification preferred
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
A positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic
Salary : $23 - $26
