Role Overview
- We are seeking a high-impact Senior Project Manager who thrives in ambiguous environments, can navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, and operates as a self-starter with minimal supervision. This role requires an individual who can bring clarity to uncertainty, drive outcomes end-to-end, and influence without authority across diverse teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Delivery Leadership
- Own end-to-end project/program delivery across multiple workstreams
- Translate ambiguous business objectives into structured execution plans
- Drive delivery with strong focus on timelines, quality, risk, and business outcomes
- Ensure measurable outcomes aligned with strategic goals
2. Stakeholder Management
- Manage and influence senior, difficult, and cross-functional stakeholders (internal & external)
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, ensuring alignment and transparency
- Navigate conflicts, resolve escalations, and maintain stakeholder confidence under pressure
3. Operating in Ambiguity
- Define structure, governance, and priorities where processes are not well-defined
- Bring clarity to uncertain requirements and evolving scope
- Make informed decisions with incomplete data, balancing speed and risk
4. Self-Driven Execution
- Operate independently with minimal direction or handholding
- Proactively identify gaps, risks, and opportunities
- Drive initiatives from concept to closure without dependency on constant oversight
5. Governance & Risk Management
- Establish robust governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms
- Identify, assess, and mitigate delivery, operational, and stakeholder risks
- Drive accountability across teams with clear ownership and metrics
6. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate across business, IT, vendors, and third-party partners
- Align diverse teams toward a common delivery objective
- Ensure seamless coordination across global and distributed teams
Required Skills & Experience
- 12 years of experience in Project/Program Management (IT/Transformation environments preferred)
- Proven track record managing high-complexity, multi-stakeholder initiatives
- Strong experience working in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills (including senior leadership)
- Demonstrated ability to handle difficult conversations and drive outcomes
- Strong decision-making ability under uncertainty
- Experience driving large-scale transformations / ASM / AMS / Digital / IT delivery programs
