Job Summary:
Cleo Bay Subaru, a reputable family-owned dealership in Killeen, Texas, is seeking a professional, detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team in the Business Office. We are currently accepting applications for a full-time, hourly-paid administrative position. The individual in this role will primarily be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing various administrative tasks, handling cash transactions and answering a multi-line phone system.

The individual in this role will primarily be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing various administrative tasks, handling cash transactions and answering a multi-line phone system.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Process cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain and balance cash drawer daily
- Process and handle various administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, filing, and data entry
- Ensure proper record-keeping through scanning and filing
- Process paperwork on vehicle sales and the registration of sold vehicles
- Purchasing and maintaining vehicle inventories, keys and documentation.
- Provide support to other departments as needed
- Keep the office area clean and organized
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Uphold excellent customer service standards at all times
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of Dealership experience is preferred, but not required
- Proficient in MS Office and basic computer skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Must be able to work occasional weekends as needed
- Must be able to pass a background check, drug test and have a clean driving record
