This dynamic role requires both computer-based skills and direct engagement with manufacturing and warehouse environments. We are seeking a proactive individual who takes the initiative, anticipates needs, and drives results to join our team. This position requires a process-focused individual dedicated to optimizing workflow efficiency and maintaining orderly and streamlined processes.

Basic Scope/Purpose:

Responsible for the planning and procurement of raw materials, MRO, outside services and facility requirements. Responsible for supply; capacity, and inventory planning activities for both manufactured & sourced products to meet production plans and operational requirements. Accountable for the back-end of the planning process and serves as the key liaison between sales, production, and warehouse.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Utilize the ERP system to release production and purchase orders.
• Coordinate outside services and processing schedules.
• Expedite work orders, purchase orders and services as required to meet customer demand.
• Evaluate and set raw material safety stock/re-order point levels for production products.
• Create purchase requisitions & purchase orders for raw materials, MRO, services, etc.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and operations to develop solutions for potential material delays, supplier disruptions, inventory discrepancies, etc.
• Negotiate services and pricing with vendors.
• Perform supplier MOQ, lead-time, delivery frequency analyses as required.
• Issue supplier corrective actions as required.

• Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office and Experience with ERP systems.
• ASCM of similar training and certifications a plus. (Training opportunities available)
